MAKE YOUR POOL'S SURFACE LOOK NEW AGAIN! Great for green pool algae removal! Shocking old, green pool water can eventually clear the water but can leave your pool unhealthy and hard to control. This is due to high levels of phosphates, total dissoved solids (t.d.s.), and harmful pathogens hiding deep in your pool surface. For best results we recommend a chlorine/ acid wash combination. Not only will this reach hard to reach contaminants and pathogens, it will remove most stains and dullness.
A pool acid wash will generally remove most stains, fine scale deposits, and some colored deposits from plaster or pebble-tec. The process strips off/dissolves a thin layer of plaster/pebble-tec, and will generally restore 80 percent or more of it's brightness. PLEASE NOTE: An acid wash will not remove heavy deposits or stains that have penetrated through many layers of plaster or pebble-tec. Acid washing is the most practical means of removing unsightly stains.
